PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE – it is the ability to schedule a specific time and maintenance costs of doors and make sure that there are experienced professionals who can quickly help even in urgent situations. It implies following course of actions:
1. We sign an Agreement and schedule the date of services.
2. Performing service at the scheduled date, sign up the certificate of delivery and acceptance.
3. Invoice for the work performed.

UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE / REPAIR. In cases of need of an urgent repair or major maintenance, our workers perform services in the agreed time. In simple cases, we can consult you on the phone. It will be enough if you send us a photo (foto can be taken even with a mobile phone), with its help we can choose the best solution, saving you time and money. This service includes the following items of action:
1. we sign an Agreement and schedule the date of services.
2. having received the message about the unscheduled situation, we study it on the base of the photos and explanations by phone.
3. In simple cases, provide advice by phone (if you are able to carry out the necessary actions).
4. In difficult cases, we send a specialist who perform maintenance and sign up the certificate of delivery and acceptance.
5. Invoice for the work performed.

REPAIR. In cases where serious repairs or part replacement are needed we find a temporary solution and ensure the fastest delivery and necessary repair.
